The client portal is an organized way to view the invoices, estimates and retainer invoices sent to your customer. If you’ve enabled the client portal for your business in Zoho Books and configured it for your customers, they can view their transactions with you by logging into the portal. This includes viewing and accepting/declining their documents, adding comments to the document and making online payments.

Yes. Zoho Invoice allows you to create multiple organizations under a single account. To create a new organization just click on your organization name present on the top-right corner and select the Manage Organizations option. You can switch between your organisations at any point in time.
Yes, Zoho Invoice allows you to schedule a report to be generated on a Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly or Yearly basis as per your preference. The generated report will then be sent to an email address of your choice.
